The Palo Alto Series began with a simple memory: waking up one morning and remembering my childhood phone number. That forgotten string of numbers opened the door to a flood of memories - growing up in Palo Alto, sailing on San Francisco Bay, selling vegetables from a red wagon, catching pollywogs, and the freedom of childhood adventure. Through layers of numbers, marks, and color, these paintings explore how ordinary details can unlock the stories that shape our lives.
